REFUND POLICY

Refund requests are reviewed on an individual basis. Refunds may be considered only in cases where a client is unable to continue participation due to documented circumstances that prevent program completion.

Refund eligibility is evaluated based on program start date, level of participation, and services already rendered. Once a program has begun, refunds are not guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel participation at any time. Cancellation does not guarantee a refund.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

Clients are expected to adhere to at least 85% of the program guidelines to remain in good standing.
